In 1982, Professor Alvaro Romano* began researching eastern techniques and the movements of the primitive man. The main influence of Ginastica Natural is the ground movements of jiu–jitsu. These ground movements, combined with the techniques of stretching, flexibility and breathing of Hatha yoga, natural movements and the strength created through using body weight make up Ginastica Natural.
HIP AND ABDOMEN TRAINING
1 - Keep the body and the legs as high as possible and slightly separated
2 - At the start switch sides, try to extend the leg
3 - Keep your legs on top throughout the movement
4 - Finish again trying to keep the body and the legs as high as possible
Do this exercise with great speed, but trying to keep the body and legs as high as possible, with series of 20 to 30 repetitions
