This is a short film of the 2016 annual Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu graduation ceremony led by master Carlos Gracie Jr. and Professor Philipe Della Monica and held at the Gracie Barra Headquarters in Irvine, California.
Master Carlos speaks about the importance of leading by example and Professor Della Monica talks about the graduation itself and why the student shouldn't focus solely in earning the belt.
